Reservation

• Valid ID document as driving license (picture both sides)
• Contact phone number and e-mail address, home address
• The person providing this information is responsible for the correct information
• Cancelation policy 48 hours before rental
• If the rent is not on time and without prior notice, the reservation will be cancelled
• There is no refund for unused reservation days
• We require a deposit at the time of reservation
• Reservation amount depends on car model and rental days
• The reservation is valid as of proof payment receipt of the deposit
• In the event of a cancellation of your reservation, the deposit is refunded to customer. Administration fee for this service will be charged
• If you cancel the reservation less than 48 h prior to the rental period, the deposit will not be refunded
